Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $20.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Domestic Shipping

We ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that shipping to remote locations may take longer.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we offer shipping to Mexico and Canada.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Handling of Product

  • All products are securely packaged to prevent spills or damage during transit.

  • Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, contact us immediately with photos for assistance.
